Twin Star Orchards - home to Brooklyn Cider House - is operating during the winter for the first time since opening 10 years ago, and is delighted to be energizing our Tasting Room and engaging in the local community with experiences like Nature's Impact has to offer. Our Tasting Room offers varied cider flights, cider on draft, selections from our notable pizza menu, and of course, cider doughnuts, and are open Saturdays & Sundays from 11:00AM-6:00PM. We will resume our normal operations Friday, April 5th with our full wood-fired food menu in the Pavilion.

All necessary materials, including clay, tools, glaze, and firing service, will be provided. Each ticket include one fired ceramic piece to pick up. Pick up in four weeks or shipping options available.
